Key Responsibilities


Target-Driven Team Management

Establish clear objectives and timelines with the team to ensure monthly target achievement. Regularly monitor progress and provide necessary support and resources to overcome obstacles. Foster open communication and a collaborative environment to maximize team performance and drive success.


Client Engagement

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding both their emotional and practical needs, and guiding them seamlessly through the real estate process.


Market Analysis

Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor activities in Bengaluru, providing insights and strategies to keep us ahead in the industry.


Customer Satisfaction

Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by overseeing the prompt and effective resolution of any client concerns or issues.


Negotiation & Closures

Manage negotiations with clients and customers, ensuring successful deal closures.


Database Management

Maintain and update databases of daily activities in accordance with company standards.


Qualifications


1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2. 6+ years of experience in the real estate industry.

3. In-depth knowledge of the real estate market.

4. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

5. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

6. Ability to analyze data, set goals, and drive results.

7. Knowledge of CRM software and real estate industry tools.
